ABOUT JWIZTERM

In this directory is the current source code for JWizTerm, the Java client for 
British Legends. I am realeasing the source code to the public domain in the
hope that someone will find a use for it, subject to the following terms:

FUNCTIONALITY AND SUITABILITY

This application is complete and works satisfactorily both as an Applet and
as an Application under Java 1.3 . Many British Legends players are happy
with it. However, I give no warranty at all that the code is bug free, 
works correctly under all circumstances or suited for this or any other
purpose. By downloading and using this code, you take full responsibility
for any problems you or anyone else may have as a result.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT, ENHANCEMENTS AND FIXES

I've stopped working on this code - it is good enough for me as is. If you
find something wrong with it or have suggestions for improvement, you are
welcome to tell me so by emailing me at: SirSloth@smotricz.com but I will
most likely not do anything about it. I am publishing the source code so that
you will be able to make the changes you want yourself, or get someone else
to do so.

If you or anyone else makes improvements to this code, I politely request
that you inform me about it and send me the updates; but you are not obligated
to do so.

COMMERCIAL USE

If you find a way to make money with this code or a derivative work, you have
my blessing, and no financial obligation toward me; but you ARE required to 
inform me about it. Again, by downloading and using my code, you are agreeing 
to be bound by this obligation.
